As part of the Project, the metadata which describes the documents of the Library, is to be shared via the Open Archives Iniative.

The Library will work as a "Data Provider" within the OAI Network. This means that a "Data Harvester" will ask the Library for its contents. This information will be sent according to the "Dublin Core" Protocol within an XML file adjusted to the OAI-PMH harvesting protocol.
